Job summary

Mouser Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the High Wycombe team. You will provide service excellence, enter and retrieve data in systems, and support customer service initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires strong English communication, good MS Office skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
• Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful.
• Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence and support customers via web, email, chat and fax.
• Process customer orders, quotes and other information in company systems.
• Research and expedite customer requests.
• Support the local Customer Service team and assist other teams when needed.
