Job summary

Stannah is seeking a Customer Resolutions Advisor to join the Customer Service Team at our Head Office in Andover. You will deliver outstanding service and work to resolve queries following installation of a Stannah lift, supporting customers, engineers, family members and contractors.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and weekends 9am-5pm. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £26,000 per annum and a blend of home and office working after

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and complaints via phone, email and post, delivering excellent service.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and work with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
• Support installation-related issues by coordinating with engineers, contractors and customers to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken and outcomes within company systems.
• Build positive relationships across Stannah teams to achieve the best outcome for customers and the business.
