Asda is seeking a Customer Planning Manager (FTC 12 months) to lead the development and governance of an insight-led customer plan. You will shape calendar events and customer moments, aligning marketing, commercial and business objectives across channels for the Group.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Marketing, Trade Planning, Retail and Finance to deliver customer-led strategies. A minimum 3 days in home offices is expected, with extensive benefits and a supportive working environment.

• Strong stakeholder engagement across marketing, trade and operations.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decisionmaking.

Responsibilities

• Drive the customer planning process with a customer-led, coherent POV.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Planning, Operations to shape priorities.
• Manage annual/quarterly customer planning calendar and local execution.
• Oversee governance and prioritisation of weekly customer plans.
• Lead communications to stakeholders on what, when and why.
