In this hybrid role, you’ll coordinate across Marketing, Commercial, Retail Operations and Online teams, guiding local activities across Food, George Fashion, Home and GM, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer planning, local marketing, commercial planning or strategy within a large retail or FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimisation of Asda's customer plans to support key events, campaigns and priorities.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into clear commercial actions.
• Align with Marketing, Commercial, Retail Operations and Online teams to deliver customer-focused growth.
• Own and manage annual, quarterly and weekly customer planning processes.
