Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Customer Planning Manager to develop an insight-led customer plan that shapes and prioritises calendar events and customer moments across all channels. The role integrates customer insight into commercial, marketing and online planning to support business objectives and maximise engagement and sales.

You will work with Marketing, Trade and Operations teams to prioritise trading activities and ensure a coherent customer POV.

Responsibilities

• Drive the customer planning process translating customer insight into actionable commercial and marketing plans
• Collaborate with Category, Trade Planning, Marketing and Operations to shape trading priorities
• Manage annual and quarterly customer planning calendar aligning marketing activity with events
• Oversee week-to-week governance of the customer plan ensuring changes are prioritized and communicated
• Coordinate communications for the customer plan with stakeholders
