• Act as a visible and trusted insight partner to customer, commercial & cross-functional stakeholders, establishing clear ways of working.
• Develop understanding of category priorities, performance challenges and growth opportunities where insight can improve decisions.
• Integrate internal performance measures with customer behaviour and external market intelligence to shape category direction.
• Translate complex data into clear stories, recommendations and practical actions for stakeholders.
• Create and present insight reports, dashboards and bespoke analyses for diverse audiences.
