Job summary

L’Oréal seeks a Customer Business Planner to bridge commercial and supply chain, building accurate customer forecasts and guiding conversations with customers. The role accelerates collaboration internally and externally, championing the customer voice in planning and strategy.

You will lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensure alignment with the account team, and share insights with supply chain and marketing to inform the forecast validation meeting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the building blocks and trends that influence the construction of a sales forecast.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Construct the complete customer forecast (sell in/out, base, promo, launch) with NAMs and Customer Supply Chain.
• Capture SIT impact to sales forecast; ensure accuracy and reflect cannibalization & seasonality trends.
• Document risks and ops at customer level affecting short- and long-term plans; coordinate monthly cycles.
