Job summary

L'Oréal is looking for a Demand Planning professional in the UK to drive sales forecasting accuracy and ensure product availability. You will partner with Brand Teams and Mancom, build robust demand plans using Excel, FuturMaster, and SAP, and lead the monthly forecast sign-off with senior management.

You will also manage communications with S&OP and UK supply planning teams, drive forecast KPI improvements, help optimize the catalog, and mentor the Supply Planner to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Ability to align forecasts with Brand Teams and Management committees.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Teams and Mancom to align sales forecasts with business trends.
• Lead the sales forecast process for brands and present to senior management.
• Manage monthly/weekly communication with S&OP and UK supply planning teams.
• Drive improvements in forecast practices and KPI performance.
• Oversee catalog management and support Supply Planner for brand efficiencies.
• Mentor and advise the Supply Planner and contribute to supply chain initiatives.
