Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Demand Planning Team Lead to drive forecast accuracy across multiple global sales channels. You will lead a two-person team, guiding development of robust forecasts and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Production and Supply Chain to support inventory and service levels.

The role requires 5–7 years in demand planning, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG, with SAP/IBP experience; leadership capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; higher degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Planning team, developing forecasts and improving accuracy.
• Oversee analysis of demand patterns, SKU performance and market dynamics; align with regional Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to align demand with business priorities and revenue impact.
• Manage, coach and develop two Demand Planners, driving performance and growth.
• Support all new product launches (NPD) and range reviews; ensure promotions are stocked.
