JT Group Limited in Jersey is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Digital Team or Call-Focused Customer Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help resolve queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Comfortable operating multiple applications/computer systems simultaneously.
• Ownership of problems and responsibility for outcomes.
• Attention to detail with accurate information recording.
• Confidently engage with people and build positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line customer support by investigating and resolving land line faults, mobile service queries and billing enquiries
• Coordinate and administer all new orders and faults
• Monitor progress and provide customers with up-to-date information
• Establish and maintain knowledge and technical expertise on Company products and services
• Identify sales opportunities, promote relevant products and services, and conduct outbound customer calls to drive revenue and enhance customer experience
• Receive and address customer feedback
