Lyreco in Airdrie is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to deliver a high-quality service to customers from an office-based location. You will be the first contact for enquiries, resolve issues, and support sales teams while promoting relevant products and offers.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to handle multiple enquiries with accuracy and customer focus.

Formación

• Experience in customer care or service roles.
• Strong communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills and confidence with computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience across interactions.
• Handle enquiries, provide information and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams.
