Job summary

Lyreco in Airdrie is hiring a Customer Care Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, professional approach.

You will maintain accurate customer records, support internal teams, and promote relevant products. The role is office-based, full-time, with a salary of £26,227.50 per annum, plus benefits and a cycle to work scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
• A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Experience using SAP would be an advantage but isn't essential.
