Job summary

Agria Pet Insurance is seeking a commercially minded CRM Lead to own CRM planning, customer insight, reporting and marketing automation. You will shape Agria’s CRM strategy, optimise communications and drive data-led campaigns to grow customer value.

You’ll oversee audience segmentation, testing and personalisation, collaborating with Marketing, IT and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM, database marketing, customer analytics or marketing automation roles.
• Advanced knowledge of customer segmentation, audience management and data-driven marketing.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify commercial opportunities.
• Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies, technology partners and suppliers.
• Experience working with IT and MI teams to deliver customer marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and optimise customer lifecycle programmes aligned to business objectives.
• Own planning, development and continuous improvement of Agria’s CRM, segmentation and marketing automation.
• Translate business objectives into data-led CRM plans driving acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Lead testing, targeting and personalisation strategies to improve outcomes and performance.
• Own customer marketing reporting, insight generation and performance measurement.
• Analyse customer, campaign and commercial data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Develop reporting frameworks supporting informed decision-making and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the use of CRM technologies and automation, including complex audiences and journeys.
• Drive improvements in data quality and technical capability, and stay updated on new CRM tools.
