Job summary

Agria Pet Insurance is seeking a CRM Lead in the UK to become the subject matter expert for CRM, customer insight and marketing automation. You will own CRM planning, data governance, reporting frameworks and automation, driving segmentation, performance and customer value across the lifecycle to deliver growth and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

Significant experience in CRM, database marketing or marketing automation.
Strong analytical capability with strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Experience translating analysis into strategic recommendations and measurable actions.

Responsibilities

Define, develop and optimise customer lifecycle programmes and CRM capability.
Own planning, development and continuous improvement of CRM, segmentation and automation.
Translate business objectives into data-led CRM plans driving acquisition, retention and LTV.
Lead testing, targeting and personalisation strategies to improve outcomes.
