Premier Inn is seeking a talented CRM Executive - Service to design and manage automated CRM journeys that guide guests from booking through post-stay follow-ups. You will craft timely, relevant communications across CRM channels, drive engagement and revenue, and collaborate with Digital Product, Data, Ecommerce, Technology and Transformation teams.

You will monitor journey performance, run A/B tests, and leverage guest data to continually improve outcomes while exploring new opportunities like

Qualifications

• Designing and delivering automated CRM journeys.
• Transactional and service-led customer communications.
• Using data and insight to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborating with digital, data, technology and commercial teams.

• Own automated CRM journeys from booking to post-stay communications.
• Improve consistency and relevance of guest communications across channels.
