Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a CRM Executive for a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on creating and managing customer journeys across email, push and SMS, using Braze or similar platforms.

You will work with data to target audiences, personalise content and drive engagement and loyalty. The position is 3 days in the office with 2 days at home, located in Dunstable/Chancery Lane, London, offering £35,000–£40,000 plus up to 15% bonus, healthcare and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and deploying CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Experience using Braze or another leading platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Klaviyo.
• Understanding of audience targeting, personalisation and customer lifecycle communications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including email troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
• A collaborative, curious and proactive approach.
• Confident to challenge and deliver autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging customer journeys from concept to delivery.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns, monitor performance and apply learnings to future activity.
• Ensure communications display correctly across devices and email environments and are trackable.
• Deliver personalised communications across email, push and SMS.
