Job summary

A leading retail organization is seeking a CRM & Acquisition Manager in Tankersley to enhance member engagement and retention. The role involves developing CRM strategies, managing the entire CRM lifecycle, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in CRM marketing, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time hybrid position offering a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, plus several employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM and acquisition marketing.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Elmasrys, Salesforce or similar.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, brand-aligned communications.
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking, with a passion for building strong member relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver CRM and acquisition strategies to grow and retain our member base.
  • Manage the full CRM lifecycle, including segmentation, automation, personalisation, and customer journeys.
  • Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand identity and content plans, creating a seamless and consistent member experience.
  • Analyse campaign performance and share clear, actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maximise our CRM platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improved usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital, Creative, and Member Services teams to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns.
