Job summary

Belron UK Limited, trading as Autoglass® and Laddaw®, is hiring a Credit Controller for hybrid work at Bedford Priory Business Park. The role involves owning a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, reconciling accounts and resolving queries, while upholding company policies.

You should have experience in credit control or accounts receivable, strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong account reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent Excel skills, including analysing data and producing reports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and prioritise workloads effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience of reducing aged debt, maximising collections and improving cash flow would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and manage collections in line with policies.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate queries, resolve disputes and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate across the business to improve processes and cash flow.
• Produce reports and provide insights to reduce aged debt.
