Qualifications

• Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Excellent Excel skills with data analysis.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collections in line with policy.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies and queries.
• Resolve disputes and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.
• Provide insights through reports to support continuous improvement in cash collection processes.
