Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control or Credit Administration.
• Confident managing customer accounts and ledgers.
• Strong communication skills to build effective relationships across customers and internal teams.
• Experience of month-end processes, reconciliations, and dispute management.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts and ledgers across business brands.
• Allocating daily cash receipts and carrying out statement reconciliations.
• Chasing outstanding debt and resolving queries and disputes with customers.
• Producing month-end reporting and supporting reconciliation activities.
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to improve processes and maintain service levels.
