Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Credit Controller for their UK operation. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, performing credit reviews, and maintaining relationships with customers.

The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work pattern (3 days on-site) and opportunities for professional development. The ideal candidate has SAP and Excel experience, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset to ensure timely collections and accurate credit

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Manage and control Accounts Receivable balances in line with the debt collection procedure.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email regarding outstanding debts, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Identify high-risk accounts and take appropriate action.
• Conduct credit reviews and approve credit terms and limits in accordance with company policy and SEA.
• Review all held orders promptly and release them where appropriate in a timely manner.
• Escalate collection issues promptly and identify mitigation actions.
• Assist with the timely resolution of unapplied cash receipts.
• Maintain customer accounts in cooperation with the Customer Master Team.
• Provide Accounts Receivable information to the business and initiate meetings to determine recovery plans where required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Resolve disputes, delays, and other issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop effective relationships with key business partners to ensure smooth cooperation between C2C and the wider business.
