Aufgaben

• Manage assigned customer ledgers and ensure outstanding debts are collected promptly.
• Conduct credit checks and periodic reviews for new and existing customers.
• Ensure activities comply with credit management policies and approval processes.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to progress payments and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in business systems.
• Support Accounts Receivable with cash posting and general administration.
