Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a 6-month contract with Morson Edge in Wolverhampton. The role requires hybrid working with 3 days on site, focusing on Credit Control and Accounts Receivable to improve cash flow and debt recovery.

The candidate will monitor aged debt, liaise with Project Managers, process payments, and produce debt reports. Travel to UK sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of credit management principles.
• Experience managing customer accounts and debt recovery activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aged debtor balances and overdue accounts.
• Proactively chase customers to secure payment.
• Prepare aged debt reports and collection performance reports.
• Support AR processing and reconciliation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Travel across UK sites as required.
