Job summary

Huntress is recruiting a Credit Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Redhill, offering a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office, 2 from home). You will manage a B2B ledger, chase debts, and drive cash collection while maintaining high service levels and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in credit control, strong Excel skills, and a proven debt-collection track record in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Credit Control role.
• Experience in a high-volume environment, ideally B2B.
• Proven track record of collecting outstanding debt and achieving targets.
• Strong numeric, analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Calm, resilient, and proactive with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and drive cash collection.
• Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone and other channels.
• Monitor aged debt and focus on balances over 90 days.
• Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining SLAs.
• Review credit limits where required and maintain accurate account records.
• Prioritise workload to maximise collections and meet deadlines.
