Job summary

Huntress is partnering with a well-established business in Redhill to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a B2B ledger, chase outstanding debt, and drive cash collection while maintaining high-quality service.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will reduce aged debt, review credit limits where needed, and ensure accurate records. The role is hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home, with a base salary of £27,000 plus an annual bonus of

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a Credit Control role.
• Experience in high-volume, B2B environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of cash collection and meeting targets.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and drive cash collection.
• Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone and channels.
• Monitor aged debt, especially 90+ days, and work towards targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and maintain SLAs.
• Maintain accurate account records and effective prioritisation of workload.
