  • Reviewing and assessing customer credit limits where required.
  • Maintaining accurate account records and ensuring all daily credit control processes are completed efficiently.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Credit Control role.
  • Previous experience working within a high-volume environment, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • A proven track record of collecting outstanding debt and achieving cash collection targets.
  • Strong Excel skills, alongside good numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • A calm, resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
