Huntress partners with a well-established business in Redhill to recruit a proactive Credit Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage customer ledgers, drive cash collection, resolve queries, and support the team in hitting monthly targets.

The role requires 2-3 years in credit control, strong Excel skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced, B2B setting. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years' experience in a Credit Control position.
• Experience in a high-volume environment, ideally B2B.
• Proven track record of collecting debt and achieving targets.
• Strong Excel skills and good numerical/analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
• Calm, confident and resilient under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage a ledger of B2B customer accounts and drive cash collection.
• Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone.
• Aim to reduce aged debt and meet team cash collection targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and maintain SLAs.
• Review credit limits as required and maintain records of daily credit control processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritise workloads to maximise collections and meet deadlines.
