Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing client on a full-time permanent basis. The role is office-based during probation (8:30am–5:00pm), with potential to move to hybrid arrangements in the future.

You will chase overdue payments by telephone and by letter/email, resolve debtor queries and support ledgers. The starting salary is £35,000, with a pension, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, an employee assistance

Qualifications

• Experience chasing customers for payment in a credit control role.
• Confident telephone manner with good negotiation skills.
• Ability to resolve debtor queries and balance ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Chase overdue payments by telephone and by letter/email.
• Allocate payments on the sales ledger and perform daily banking.
• Balance ledgers and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Support related administration tasks.
