Job summary

Sharp Consultancy in Sheffield is recruiting an experienced Credit Control Manager to take ownership of the credit control function across the growing group. The role focuses on improving cash collection, reducing aged debt, and implementing consistent policies across multiple entities.

Reporting to senior finance management, you will lead the credit control team, develop strategies, monitor performance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely invoicing and accurate ledger

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credit control across all group entities.
• Lead and develop the credit control team.
• Develop group-wide credit control policies and processes.
• Monitor aged debt and drive cash collection performance.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on billing disputes.
• Produce management information on debt metrics.
