NatWest Group is seeking a Controls Manager within Business Governance to lead risk and control activities and close gaps identified across front-line customer contact. The role offers exposure to regulatory and resilience matters and opportunities to contribute to wider priorities while delivering clearer, safer outcomes for customers.

You will own governance, risk and assurance activities, coordinate actions and deliverables, and support organisational efficiency through robust control

Formación

• Experience of operating in an audit, assurance, controls, governance or regulatory change function.
• Ability to analyse information, identify material themes and produce clear outputs.
• Strong delivery discipline with ability to track actions and evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver governance, risk, control, assurance activity with plans and reporting.
• Monitor actions, issues and dependencies, escalate when at risk.
• Produce governance updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support integrated systems and data solutions for efficiency.
• Ensure knowledge sharing across governance pillars.
• Lead annual risk-based assurance programme.
• Develop integrated system solutions to drive efficiency.
