Zusammenfassung

NatWest Group is seeking a Senior Risk & Controls Associate to help design, implement and embed risk frameworks across products and services, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and risk appetite.

In day-to-day work, you will partner with Product, Operations and Technology to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions, maintain RAID logs and escalate issues to senior risk stakeholders as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in compliance, conduct or risk management role.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and its frameworks.
• Experience interpreting regulatory rules/regulations (e.g. BCOBs, Consumer Credit Act, Consumer Duty).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product and Operations and other functions to design and implement risk-based solutions.
• Provide guidance on risk and control management to meet regulatory obligations.
• Ensure customer outcomes and conduct are delivered through processes and controls.
• Develop and apply a risk-based controls framework and key risk indicators.
• Manage regulatory risk and drive change or remediation activities.
• Support incident resolution and risk events with stakeholders.
