RS Group is seeking a Controls Analyst to help build a robust global control environment that supports governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will work under the Senior Manager- Controls, helping embed controls into core processes and deliver clear reporting to leadership.

The role offers hybrid working with a London office, exposure to ICFR/ICP and collaboration with Finance, Transformation, and ERP initiatives, while enabling continuous improvement across a growing

Formación

• Experience in audit, risk management, or internal controls.
• Proficiency with control documentation, testing and remediation.

• Assist in implementing and operating RS Group's global control framework.
• Ensure controls are designed, documented, and applied consistently across the organisation.
• Provide oversight and reporting to senior leadership on progress and risk exposure.
