RS Group is seeking a Controls Analyst to support the global control framework, embedding robust controls into core processes across the organisation. You will work under the Senior Manager- Controls and interact with the Director of Controls to ensure accuracy, documentation, and consistent application of controls.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a London office and remote options, providing exposure to governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment with the UK Corporate

Formación

• Experience in audit, risk management, or internal controls, preferably in FTSE or similar.
• Understanding of internal control concepts, documentation, testing and remediation.
• Willingness to learn control systems like AuditBoard and engage in reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, implementation and operation of RS Group’s global control framework.
• Ensure controls are embedded in core processes and well-documented across the organisation.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and clear reporting to senior leaders on progress and risk exposure.
• Act as a point of contact for control owners and promote continuous improvement.
