Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Compliance & Learning Tutor to design, develop and deliver training that keeps teams safe, compliant and confident in regulations.

You’ll cover topics from manual handling and water regs to safer isolation, with additional “Intro to…” courses across trades. A mix of remote admin work and 3–4 days on site travel to various locations is expected. A trade qualification, L3 teaching, MS Office skills and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a trade-based role in housing.
• Strong health and safety and compliance track record.
• L3 Teaching and Assessing qualification or experience designing training, or willingness to pursue.
• Digitally savvy with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging compliance and health and safety training.
• Ensure courses meet regulatory standards and business needs.
• Create a suite of introductory courses across trades and support workforce development.
