Places for People is seeking a Compliance & Learning Tutor to design, develop and deliver training that keeps teams safe, compliant and confident in regulations.
You’ll cover topics from manual handling and water regs to safer isolation, with additional “Intro to…” courses across trades. A mix of remote admin work and 3–4 days on site travel to various locations is expected. A trade qualification, L3 teaching, MS Office skills and a valid driving licence are essential.

Do you have a passion for safety and compliance? Are you skilled at sharing knowledge and helping others develop? We're looking for a Compliance & Learning Tutor to design and deliver training that ensures our teams work safely, confidently, and in line with regulations.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance and health & safety training for both internal and external staff, ensuring all courses meet regulatory standards and business needs. You'll cover essential topics such as manual handling, abrasive wheels, working at height, harness and lanyard inspection, conflict resolution, and water regulations including safe isolation and damp & mould management. Additionally, you'll help create a suite of “Intro to…” courses across various trades, leveraging your own qualifications and expertise to support workforce development.
The role will involve a mix of working from home focusing on administrative task and 3-4 days a week travelling to various sites to deliver training, we are flexible in this approach.
