Southern Housing is seeking a Training Compliance Manager to lead designing, delivering and evaluating compliance training that drives safety, performance and service excellence for residents. Reporting to the Head of Learning, this is a unique and multi-faceted role. You'll be comfortable wearing many hats; a brilliant learning facilitator, someone who loves compliance learning, and knows how to make it accessible, innovative and most importantly right for the audience. You'll enjoy motivating a small team and getting out into the business working directly with business leads and teams to get things done.
At Southern Housing an amazing culture is key to our success, and in this role, you'll also work alongside other learning team colleagues to develop, design and deliver cultural learning activities, as well as support the design and delivery of core organisational learning covering many topics from induction, management development, customer service and more.
You’ll be based at one of our main offices in Sittingbourne, Kent or in the Isle of Wight, working a minimum of 3 days a week in the office delivering or working out and about across the organisation. It's essential to the success of this role to travel frequently around our regions.
