Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations, and work with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will review client documentation for accuracy, maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure compliance, and support renewal retention while meeting FCA requirements. This role offers hybrid working and opportunities to progress.

• You will assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and FCA compliance.
