Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with clients, ranging from sole traders to large organisations, and work with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

In this role you will support renewal retention, ensure high levels of client service, and comply with FCA requirements, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing of data.

Qualifications

• You will review client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for quoting.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance.
• You will assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and customer satisfaction.

• You can process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support service levels.
