Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with clients from sole traders to large organisations and support the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will review client documentation for accuracy, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and assist Executives in renewals and FCA compliance. The role offers learning opportunities and a pathway to professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support the quoting process.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
• Support Commercial Account Executives to achieve renewal retention and FCA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients across a range of sizes.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives to achieve objectives and renewals.
• Process data promptly on relevant systems to support client service and analysis.
