Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Commerce Manager to lead the design and delivery of modern digital commerce platforms. You will work with global brands to shape customer experiences through scalable, secure architectures.

The role demands strong consulting and leadership, with a focus on cloud-native commerce solutions and modernisation of legacy estates, while enabling cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience on agile software development projects with an Architect or similar role.
• Proven ability to design robust, scalable distributed architectures for B2C/B2B front-office and commerce.
• Experience guiding multi-location development teams and shaping architecture strategy.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and modernising legacy estates.
• Knowledge of PIM, OMS, CDP, CRM and marketing automation within commerce ecosystems.
• Strong security, governance, resilience and performance focus.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding how AI/Generative AI can enhance commerce architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve end-to-end technical architectures for digital commerce platforms.
• Translate business strategy into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership during delivery for architectural integrity.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and Delivery Leads.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architecture strategy and technology choices.
• Drive digital transformation and modernisation of legacy platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, resilience standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across programmes.
• Explore AI-enabled improvements to architecture and operations.
