Job summary

Talantir seeks a Digital Technology Manager to oversee the development, integration and performance of the company’s digital commerce ecosystem. You will drive growth and optimise customer experience across all digital channels by coordinating websites, ERP integrations, data governance, and merchandising.

You will lead platform management, analytics, and warehouse digital processes, ensuring seamless data flows and scalable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and related platforms.
• ERP SAP integration experience.
• Knowledge of marketplace integrations (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
• Strong analytics, marketing metrics, and performance tracking."
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Understanding warehouse operations and eCommerce fulfilment processes.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and optimisation of company websites on Shopify and other platforms.
• Manage integrations between digital platforms and core business systems (SAP, Linnworks, warehouses).
• Establish a single source of truth for digital performance data and develop dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate data flows and ensure performance, security, and scalability across platforms.
• Oversee UX improvements and product listings across channels and marketplaces.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and product information across digital touchpoints.
