Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Commerce Solution Architect to shape enterprise-scale digital commerce platforms across the UK. You will lead architecture strategy, design and governance while collaborating with product teams, engineers and stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in commerce architecture, cloud expertise (AWS/Azure), and experience guiding complex digital transformations. Attractive package with bonus and international work opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solution/Technical Architecture in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering digital commerce and front-office platforms.
• Strong cloud-native architecture across AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures.
• Leads architecture design across multiple teams, suppliers and workstreams.
• Experience in Agile and product-led delivery.
• Security, scalability, resilience and performance focus for customer-facing platforms.
• Roadmaps and technology strategy development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architecture for digital commerce and customer-facing platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership through the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to align with standards.
• Communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support complex digital transformation programmes and modernization.
• Drive architecture governance, security compliance and risk management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate.
• Support vendor selection and platform evaluation.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
• Mentor architects, engineers and consultants.
