Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, market share, and revenue across UKIMEA.
• Lead and mentor multi-country sales teams and sales leaders.
• Set quotas, monitor pipeline, and ensure operational excellence.
• Build consultative relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to objectives.
• Oversee Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio for regional needs.
• Lead transformation initiatives across the UKIMEA region.
• Collaborate with executives on strategic direction.
• Manage resource planning and workforce development.
• Foster a high-performance culture with strong results.
