Job summary

General Practice Alliance Ltd is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join the Grand Union PCN team across multiple sites. You will lead structured medication reviews, optimise medicines, and collaborate with GPs and technicians to improve patient outcomes.

We offer induction, mentorship, and protected time for CPPE PCPEP and Independent Prescribing training, with a supportive environment and NHS Pension. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council
• Completion of CPPE PCPEP (or equivalent) pathway, or willingness to undertake this.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured medication reviews for patients with single or multiple conditions.
• Support care home residents and respond to medicines-related queries from patients and clinicians.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians and prescribing teams to optimise medicines.
• Mentor trainees and support students and staff in pharmacy training.
