Job summary

Drs Reddy & Nunn Bridlington is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our progressive GP Practice and contribute to high-quality patient care. You will work closely with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise medicines and support safe prescribing.

You will undertake structured medication reviews, support complex patients and help develop our clinical services. UK-based right to work is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy and GPhC registration are essential.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and a postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structured medication reviews and medicines optimisation.
• Review medications for long-term conditions and complex needs.
• Provide medicines advice to patients and clinical colleagues.
• Prescribe within competence and scope of practice.
• Support repeat prescriptions and medication requests.
• Carry out medication reconciliation after hospital discharge.
• Identify prescribing issues and promote safety.
• Support implementation of prescribing guidance and audits.
• Educate patients on safe and effective medicine use.
• Contribute to medicines safety projects and records.
