Job summary

London & Partners is seeking a Delivery & Stakeholder Manager to coordinate cross-disciplinary digital delivery across marketing, creative and tech teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, shape briefs into actionable delivery plans, and lead planning, prioritisation and risk management to ensure on-time, high-quality results. A hybrid London-based role with exposure to multiple clients and budgets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and specialist teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of digital delivery with understanding of marketing, creative, content, email, web and/or development teams.
• Outstanding organisational, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge constructively at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience translating business objectives into clear, actionable briefs and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise work across multidisciplinary teams including design, content, social media, email marketing and web development.
• Lead and facilitate prioritisation discussions with stakeholders and team leaders, negotiating scope, sequencing and timescales.
• Identify dependencies, risks and blockers early, driving actions to keep delivery on track.
• Maintain a clear view of delivery across the portfolio with concise updates for stakeholders.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting activities to align with resources.
