Job summary

Numerator is hiring a Client Delivery Manager in London. You will lead client delivery projects, manage transitions, and act as the conduit between Clients, Client Service and Operations to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will build strong relationships, scope client requirements, and drive improvements in service delivery while collaborating with global teams and offering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client delivery projects and transitions across Operations.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Operations and global teams to deliver against client requirements.
• Produce regular updates and documentation for Clients and internal teams.
