Job summary

DWF is seeking a Client Contract Delivery Manager in the UK to lead the delivery of contractual commitments for a portfolio of client contracts. You will work with client stakeholders, operational teams and senior leaders to deliver value, manage risks and drive improvements.

Based from Manchester or Liverpool with a hybrid pattern (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and occasional client travel, you will own end-to-end service delivery and report on performance, governance, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing contract, account, service delivery, or relationship management role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial, contractual and performance data.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own contract delivery across the client lifecycle, from onboarding to service management.
• Build client relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-value services.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs, analyze data, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and BI teams to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
