Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is hiring a Claims Support Technician to join our Cardiff or Birmingham team on a hybrid basis. You will manage repair-based claims, coordinate engineers, and liaise with policyholders, insurers, and contractors to keep repairs on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service office environment.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Experience with schedules of work is a plus.
• Contractor repair support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a repair-based portfolio and oversee repairs on our claims system.
• Schedule engineers and update records to ensure timely progression.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and clients to resolve issues.
• Diaries checked and urgent requests prioritised for prompt action.
• Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the claim lifecycle.
