We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Support Technician on a hybrid basis in Cardiff or Birmingham.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in claims handling, the construction industry, or customer service.
You will manage a repair-based portfolio, setting up and overseeing repairs on our in-house claims system, scheduling engineers, updating records, and ensuring timely repair progression.
Experience with schedules of work is a plus. You should be skilled in diarising activities, liaising with customers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring repairs are completed promptly with excellent customer service.
The role involves telephone and written interactions with key stakeholders, regular email and diary checks, and prioritising urgent requests or complaints. Being highly organised is essential.
